What can't go in the dumpster?
No hazardous materials — no paint, oils, chemicals, tires, batteries, refrigerants or propane tanks, and no Freon appliances. Everyday renovation debris, roofing, furniture, yard waste and household junk are all fine.
What if my HOA or gated community requires approval?
Many gated and HOA communities in and around Sanibel ask for approval or a placement permit before a dumpster is delivered. Check with your association first — then we'll schedule the drop-off around their rules and keep the container tidy and compact for the whole rental.
