What the 20-Yard Works For
The 20-yard is our largest roll-off and handles the bulk of bigger jobs. Because some debris is heavy, confirm the material and project details with us so we can help you plan:
*Roofing, bulky and other heavy debris affect which size fits — confirm the material and weight with us based on your project. We don't accept concrete or dirt. For safety we also can't take hazardous materials: paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, tires, batteries, refrigerant (Freon) appliances or propane tanks.
Choosing the Right Size
For smaller or tighter jobs, the compact size is often the smarter pick. A single room, a garage cleanout, light debris or a tight driveway may be more economical and easier to place with the 10-yard roll-off. Tell us about your project and we'll recommend the right size.
Honest, Transparent Pricing
Rentals start at $300, and disposal is charged separately at $80 per ton on your weighed load. The base rate covers a 7-day rental with delivery, pickup and driveway protection; extra days are $15 each. We'll confirm your full total before delivery — no surprises.
A $50 fuel surcharge applies to deliveries beyond 25 miles from our Fort Myers base. Pricing is not flat or all-inclusive — the $80/ton disposal fee is always separate and based on actual weight.
Where It Goes
The two configurations sit differently on a site: the 14-foot container takes up less length but stands taller, while the 16-foot container is longer but lower. Which works best depends on your space, so it helps to discuss the available length, driveway width, gates, overhead obstructions, parked vehicles, HOA access and surface conditions with us before delivery. Tell us about your placement area and we'll determine the appropriate available container.
This is general guidance, not a legal or permit determination. Local permit rules vary — if your placement may require anything beyond your own property, check with your municipality or HOA.

Questions, Answered
What are the dimensions of your 20-yard dumpsters?
We run two 20-yard shapes: one is approximately 14 ft long, 7.5 ft wide and 6 ft tall; the other is approximately 16 ft long, 7.5 ft wide and 5 ft tall. Both are about 20 cubic yards and hold up to 10,000 lbs.
Why are there two different configurations?
They hold about the same volume but fit sites differently — the 14-foot is shorter and taller, the 16-foot is longer and lower. Tell us about your project and placement area so we can determine the appropriate available container.
How much does a 20-yard rental cost?
Rentals start at $300 for a 7-day rental with delivery, pickup and driveway protection (extra days are $15 each). Disposal is billed separately at $80 per ton on your weighed load, and actual cost can depend on service location, material and disposal weight. Call or text (239) 823-8399 or request a quote.
Is disposal included?
No — the $80-per-ton disposal fee is separate from the $300 starting price and is based on the actual weight of your load after pickup. We confirm your full total up front.
What projects may suit a 20-yard dumpster?
It's often used for home renovations, estate and household cleanouts, construction debris, larger yard cleanups, storm debris and commercial projects. For heavy materials like roofing, confirm the details with us first.
Can it be used for roofing debris?
It can, but roofing material is heavy — so the right size depends on the roof and material. Tell us the details and we'll help you choose a size that keeps your disposal cost predictable.
How much space should I have available?
It helps to have room for a container roughly 14–16 ft long plus clearance to place it. Discuss your available length, driveway width, gates, overhead obstructions and access with us and we'll match the right configuration.
Is a 10-yard or 20-yard better for my project?
Choose the 20-yard for larger renovations, cleanouts and construction; the 10-yard is often better for smaller, compact jobs or tight placement. Call (239) 823-8399 and we'll help you decide.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Southwest Florida — Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry counties. A $50 fuel surcharge applies beyond 25 miles from our Fort Myers base.
