Perfect for estate and whole-home cleanouts, garage and attic clear-outs, foreclosure and rental turnovers, or downsizing. $300 base for the 20-yard (or $225 for the 10-yard) plus an $80/ton dump fee weighed after pickup.
A $50 fuel surcharge applies to deliveries beyond 25 miles from our Fort Myers base (Naples, Port Charlotte, the islands and the far corners). We'll always confirm your full total up front.

Do I load the dumpster myself, or do you?
You fill it on your own time — we drop a clean roll-off in your driveway, leave it for a full 7 days, then haul it away. It's the easy, low-cost way to handle a big cleanout.
How long can I keep it for a cleanout?
The base rate includes 7 days, which is plenty for most cleanouts. Need longer? Extra days are just $15 each — text us and we'll extend it.
Can I throw furniture and appliances in it?
Yes — furniture, mattresses and most household items are fine. Appliances are OK too, but anything with Freon (fridges, freezers, AC units) must have it removed first.
Which size is right for a house cleanout?

What can't go in the dumpster?
